Perry isn't really good is serviceable at best.  Fau is no doubt in worse shape than when he took over. Can't blame him because kiffin is a good coach.  Either way he is gone and we got cjs 3 wins in 2 seasons which is unacceptable. His expectations for next year should be bowling or getting canned should be the expectation for next year.

Hypothetical: We go 1-3 OOC next season, but manage a 4-3 conference record. Should CJS be fired?

No…or at least let me put it this way, no way in hell does B. Kelly fire him. If one of the five is against ucf I am fine with that decision.

Should he or will he? He absolutely should but he absolutely won’t. This wasn’t supposed to be an internship and his learning curve is far too steep to merit full head coaching pay with an amateur return (I’m being generous).

He didn’t have a plan for staffing, he didn’t have a recruiting plan that was feasible, he can’t identify talent, he is indecisive and his game day decisions are horrid.

He is by every measure bad at his job and we shouldn’t be left just hoping one day he will figure something out because the look of his face doesn’t inspire confidence that he is a person that is very quick on the uptake. Hopefully he goes to summer classes, like he probably used to go to in school, for remediation because it’s past time to do something.

Three years to get to a single .500 team isn’t a big ask, he took over a 4-8 team and not an 0-12 team (which frost did and made steeper gains).
