Yes, I read that differently in another article…and the deal is only for one year. I wonder if the kid will bite. If it was my son I am not sure what I would do here.

@smazza is a high roller, maybe he can flex for us and make an offer Caleb can't refuse.

It's a **** tough call. I wonder if there's a contingent in there for him not being able to go to EMU for one year and then transferring out. He'd have to sit a year but there's usually homes for good senior qb's transfer or he could possibly go the NFL route if that good.

Another possible landing spot based on the GTPT .....

Big DT from Miami in transfer portal Nesta Jade Silvera, would be huge if we could land him.

Saw that . . . experienced and 1-2 years remaining? Wasn't familiar with him.

I read in a Cane's blog that he was leaving because the defense is moving to a 3-4 scheme. He will definitely be the most experienced DT on our team. He would also be the only D-line transfer that has actual starting experience. I think Shoop is running a 4-3 and already knows him personally. I don't see why we can't get this guy.

Only 1 year. But definitely would start if he transferred.

There could be 115 other teams wanting him?  If he from Tampa?  If so our chance are better.
