Moving the facility closer to reality is one of nine proposed goals for Rhea Law during her remaining time in the post.

If the new president is expected by Spring I wouldn't be surprised if we hear more about the plans this year

I was thinking the same thing but someone noted earlier she is 71(?) and wants to retire. But she seems to have the personality and perspective to be a very good president.

She does not want the permanent position as president.

The good thing is, if it’s one of Pres. Laws priorities/key performance objectives, it will be for the next president as well; giving us hope that it will get done sooner than later.

We have $4, a stale Chiclet, and a ball of lint. 2nd class and not falling down is good enough at this point.

Good.  This OCS is not going to build itself.  Setting goals for a president/executive?  What a novel concept.
