As a former WR in Venice, Florida's illustrious Pee Wee Under 8 team, I can certainly diagnose Marsh's QB problem...

He throws too hard.  No finesse.

I will now send my invoice to Jeff Scott as a consultant.

I have no idea how you can evaluate all spring and determine he's your qb1, maybe a battle with Timmy, but then he drops all the way to 3?

I haven't seen anything impressive out of him, but, was your initial evaluation really that bad?
