With a cost estimated between $175 and $200 million, this is in line with the original proposed stadium back in 2016. You can probably add on about 10 to 20% in increased costs due to supply chain issues. So long as they construct the stadium with an eye on expansion and the addition of creature comforts, I think it makes sense at this point to pull the trigger.

For the love of god, I hope USF doesn't build a stadium with those crappy metal bleachers. And some overhangs would be nice for those noon games.

Let me tell you just how HOT the metal bleachers were at the GaTech game on a lovely sunny Sept day or better yet, let me show you....?? Ok maybe I better not show you the scars but you get it. I cant get that **** GT-113 scar off my cheek.

We have about 5,000 season ticket holders . . . not expecting many frills.

So then no drinking fountains either?!?!

Not a concern until you’re at a big game and the Klumps show up next to you.  ASU’s bleacher seating is terrible.

I go to see The BULLS ... obviously not for comfort. Has not been "comfortable", even in the club or suites.

I want a stadium on campus!

Same. I've been watching my kids play either basketball or football for years, with AAU and then high school. I'm immune to metal bleachers now. A pad or a folding seat back work just fine.

Edit to add that I will not complain if they do put in actual chairs with backs. Just saying, I'll deal with bleachers if I need to.

Yeah and then when one party invites another to “join them in their row” you’ll see how it differs.  I think there is a place for them, just not everywhere.

I'll be glad when we have attendance issues :)
