You can probably add on about 10 to 20% in increased costs due to supply chain issues. Just build it please!!! Same. I've been watching my kids play either basketball or football for years, with AAU and then high school. I'm immune to metal bleachers now. A pad or a folding seat back work just fine. Edit to add that I will not complain if they do put in actual chairs with backs. Just saying, I'll deal with bleachers if I need to.
