USF sets pretty low standards for itself.  We probably should let the Sunbelt and CUSA know we are interested in joining them now.

Facts.  We shoot for whatever.  And then people show up or something, and then, really that's it.

I would hope that those who choose the next President is aware of the ramifications of realignment and get off their collective butts and get someone that understands what effect this will have on the future of athletics at USF.

I am not even sure they know that we play football.

Given his propensity for bold offensive strategies you have to imagine this is right around the corner

In all fairness to them I watch all of our games and I’m not sure that I know that we play football either

Have we heard from Aresco yet?  He's either in deep cover negotiating something or he's caught out on vacation.

In all this expansion talk.” if it happens “I would not underestimate the influence of AD  Michael Kelly getting USF a seat at the table.

We aren’t traveling transatlantic, how much more do you honestly believe it costs to travel to Texas to play a B12 team vs traveling to Texas to play an AAC team?

Well if MWC conference teams are added our cost will be higher.

Time to see if he is the real deal…

If too many of those are added I doubt we will have to worry about the costs

You are being naïve to think we would not be playing In Colorado, Urga, twice in TX, along with our usual out of the way places. That $1mil would be gone in a month or two.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."

    Jim Leavitt
