Not sure if she will have to retire from the WNBA and move on permanently to the European Leagues because of her status in the US sports as being Radioactive and Toxic.

It's such a shame for this to happen, but also begs to question why the Atlanta Dream wasn't more proactive about handling this right when it happened, MONTHS AGO.  Think they were trying to hold on to their best and the WNBA's most improved player for as long as it was worth their bottom line?

All in all though, poor decision making from Courtney Williams, and I hope she can learn from this and make a personal comeback.  Didn't Dennis Rodman do worse things during his career?

Odd that she and her teammate were canned now when the Dream knew about the video months ago. So, it's okay that it happened, just not that she posted the video about it? Modern day sports, though, I guess? Although, she should have known better than to put herself in that situation.

Hopefully, she'll get picked up by another team since she's now a free agent. She's played in Europe, too, if that's the route she ends up going. Bummer, though. My kids and I met her when she played here and she was really nice.

This is so sad to hear.  USF is planning on putting her into the USF Hall of Fame.  Wonder if this changes that? Love watching her play basketball.
