First of all, John, thank you for your engagement here. No one is here but the USF crazies. I mean, almost literally, you have to be borderline lunatic to still be here haha. 

I think there's some grieving and soul-searching happening in the USF community right now. But... your point CANNOT be lost. After the wallowing and the when the blood pressure lowers from reading the comments from UCF fans on reddit, the reality is that we can be better than we have been. We can be better than half the P5, in my opinion. And we have a plan. Maybe it's today, maybe it's going to take a few weeks. But we will wipe the dust off our pants and start marching forward. If we do what we are supposed to, there is absolutely NO reason that a program that has the right leadership, in a growing florida market, with massive enrollment, cannot out-do half of the P5. No reason.

It's frustrating, but I think the recent developments are helping to clarify some false narratives we have been dealing with for many years.  It's hard to know the right moves to make today if you aren't operating in reality.

Actually this I can kind of get behind. A way to get the other facilities going back then AND something to help the football program prepare for the daunting task ahead should have been some way, somehow in the plan.

Oddly, as much as I have felt the need-urgency-impatience for the IPF...Right now I would take a "Winning Football Team" over the IPF..and hell, I even donated. We had success and heart when the program worked out of trailers and played on patchy fields. Success on the field must correspond with expansion of facilities. I agree with all of you guys, it is nice to have John in residence on TBP. He is the one who keeps throwing some positive meat to the inmates to keep us at bay. He is appreciated...

John - Please make a post here for us regarding the OCS fund once that's decided to be released. Hopefully soon. Would be beneficial I think to release it before the claimed plans and whatever other supplemental material is released. You'd surely get immediate donations and then when more details get released (hopefully soon) could give another good donation push.

Just hoping we continue to build on the momentum because we have a few days until the sky is falling within the program and we get steamrolled Saturday. Need to keep the engagement level at least where it is while we can

It was not. I hope the shift in culture involves being more open to embracing technology to provide more of the fanbase a peek at announcements like this. Will Turner and Matt Baker did a great job of breaking today's nuggets of information.
