So does anyone really believe CJS didn’t fail to hit his mark and 2 wins was all that could be reasonably expected?

Shoulda, woulda, coulda won 4. So yes 2 is unacceptable.  He would be the first to admit this.

So maybe in year three hit the lowest of expectations and if not well maybe year 4?

It appears that way until it doesn't i guess. He won't make it to year 4 at this rate.

It is going to be a long climb for him to get to .500 from 3-18.  Where that will be, I don't know.

Best case we got bowling at .500 and worse case we got 3-9. We follow the pattern and improve by 1 win per season.
