I think it is great that the Bulls are giving them their moment in the sun. These are kids that have been overlooked throughout high school. I would bet that at least one or two of them make a non-negligible contribution to the team.

and that’s all I am saying. Some seemed to think these guys are great players and that’s not the case.

But it’s the reality. The starters need them to improve. Sure there may be a flyer in there who gets some PT but many will be gone within 2 years. It’s a business.

Didn't say it wasn't a reality, just a **** way to describe kids who'll be working their asses off for basically nothing ...

We have a senior logjam at DT, so I think Williams has opted to defer enrollment to make the max out of his possible eligibility. I haven't read anything regarding academic issues with him.

That makes more sense. Covid is taking position opportunities away from these guys. If it were me, I would rather be on campus, learning the system, fighting for PT, getting stronger, but I respect his decision if that is the case.

Better late than never is what I always say ...

Ha! that saying applies to so so many things. "I'm not as good as I once was but, I'm as good once as I ever was" ...  Rarely am I late for dinner any longer because I cook dinner quite a few times per week now. Videos? Eh, that's another thing completely. Thankfully,( and about a dozen others) I have you to police my actions and help keep me on the straight and narrow.. All Good Samaritans

Looks like that might be it and we have our team for 2021 at this point unless a great transfer or two fall into our laps. Personally, I like keeping the numbers reasonable at this point. The last thing the program needs is to take on unnecessary expenses by bringing in players that aren't going to make the team better. Get your practice bodies with walk-ons and get the guys that are going to be the core of this rebuild as much practice and PT as possible.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
