Hes saying Milton isnt leaving UCF unless it's for P5 or NFL. Hes not going G5 or FCS

Milton will never play at his past level. I am sure he knows that already. It’s a great story that he came back as far as he did but his footballing days are over.

build the offense around battie

have competition for every position as every position and unit needs a significant upgrade

the guys need to get stronger

we need a qb or mccloud needs to greatly improve

I get what people are saying about Beattie.  I just can't see building an offense around 180lb guy.  He looks elusive, but he needs another 25lbs. 

We need a guy that can pick up tough yards at the goal line and 3rd down.

This is the NCAA, not the NFL.  Besides, no one says you can't have more than one running back.  But he is one of our best weapons, if not our best weapon.

RB's get hurt frequently.  Battie is a good back, but you need more than one back.  he also can't move a pile, he's too small to do that.  Battie will have a great career at USF, but you need multiple backs, both power and speed backs.  Even if you have a Marlon Mack, you still need other backs.

Overhaul the defensive identity. I’ve seen enough of the 3-3-5 base between Strong and Spencer. Tired of having 3 defensive tackles on the field who have zero pass rush ability. 

Find me someone who can develop our traditionally undersized (but quick) edge players/LB’s. We need a defensive system that allows those guys to shoot gaps and create negative plays
