Did they have an indoor practice facility??

I personally think USF could be competitive in the Organization for African Unity, we match up well with the other league members, tremendous natural wealth and very poor management. Beyond that most of what's missing has been player development via coaching and the S&C program. The CCS era is about the only time in my Fandom that I can't recall a single player showing significant improvement physically as well as a player. CJL and CWT especially showed this, Skip too to an extent, but the CCS era was a dead zone of player development. It doesn't matter what you recruit if you can't coach em or build em up physically.

So true....none improved a huge amount. Majority seemed to have plateaued. Scott has his work cut out fixing the mess Strong did here.
