I took a ride on some helicopters  to the Grand Canyon from Henderson. With the Raiders and GK coming into LV and using the airport, I bet your property has shot up in value.

You're a braver man than me.  I used to go to Vegas every summer as a kid because my grandparents lived there and I swear one of those copters went down every time I was there

The helipcopters I flew on were the high money ones,I am never getting in some stage chopper off idrive or the vegas strip.

Let’s just say I bought a fixer upper a year and a half ago and have yet to really touch on my remodels(which will eventually include a hefty addition to maximize SQ FT and full Vegas valley views). My property value has gone up $65,000 so far.
