Just saw that Sydney Brown is preseason All-Big 10. He played at the school in Bradenton where I work. A couple years ago, I seriously tried to get our staff to take a look at him, but got no response. He was way under recruited. Illinois was his only major offer and they offered him two days before signing day. He’ll play in the NFL in two years. His twin brother, Chase, will also be a stud RB at Illinois after originally signing at Western Michigan. Since we are a small private school, we had an under-recruited offensive lineman last year that I tried again to have them take a look at - no response. He eventually signed with Furman - although he had a couple DI offers, including Iowa State. We’ll see if he pans out, too. Even if he doesn’t, I told the USF folks - including MK - that they might get their IPF funded by signing him. His parents are multi- millionaires. Hopefully, the new regime is more open to input.

Mr Glaser, how dare you insert a football topic into TBP..! What were you thinking? There's world problems to solve on here. A virus to cure. Riots to be stopped and wrongs to be righted....Football? Who has time for football anymore?  😂

I imagine coaches get inundated with tweets, emails and other communication regarding a great prospect (i.e., their son/relative/friend) and I'm not sure how they filter that.  It may be a great question to ask one of the coaches or VPAMK.  Perhaps the recruiting coordinator/staff can provide help if you email them directly.

That's strategic thinking!  We've sucked for a long time, might as well have nice toys and look good while sucking 😆

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
