I like that he mentioned that we're working from the Bay Area out in recruiting. For all the Hype about CCS and his recruiting ability we didn't do much locally. In fact we were often late to offer kids with out of state schools often beating us to the punch which is inexcusable imo. We have to be extremely plugged in locally to win the battles we need to in recruiting and it sounds like that's CJS's goal

 Strong was a mediocre recruiter...I think what decent recruits we got was due to King.

Well, if CKB isn't gonna bring him here then not sure CKB has anything to bring to the team anymore.

Also not sure he was ever going to come here with the offers he is getting no matter what happened.

That’s actually not too bad in terms of turnover. Of course we don’t know if they are any good or not...I don’t trust the last coaching group.
