Not necessarily if Scott and company want to try to bring in their own recruits.  Although my understanding is that anyone already offered would not be rescinded.

Sometimes they don't rescind but have an honest conversation "I'm not rescinding your offer, but you won't see the field under our schema." and the player accepts elsewhere.

He may want to keep them on, but they need to follow the directives of the new coach.  They also likely would need to be on hand for team meetings and the introduction of the new coach.

if usf were smart they wouldn't jack up exit fee either way. clearly it has cost us more than helped us.
