Evans and Jenkins will probably not be playing against Cincy

That’s why I said it

I'm just surprised concussion protocol can take so long, but I can't say I really know a whole lot about it. As of game day, Evan's injury would have been 21 days ago.

Evans was hit in the back of the head not the front. My understanding from a colleague at work is that these hits can take longer to get back to the original benchmark.

Does it really matter anyways, we suck with them and without them.  We had literally no chance and now we have absolutely no chance.  Hate to be the realist but the season is over, the last few games are simply us on life support, and the outcome is obvious.

I think everybody realizes how valuable and good a player Donovan Jennings is. Hands down he is the heart of the line.  Evans hurts too. I definitely think he will become our new "D'Ernest Johnson" as he plays QB, RB, and Receiver for these next 3 years. But geez how hard was the hit to his head? Two games?

Agreed. Our line seemed to be improving, then looked like absolute crap vs. Temple when Jennings went down. Outside of the ECU game, Cincy's defense has been good this year. This will probably be even uglier than the Temple game, if that's even possible.

Im curious to see if they may try a few of our freshman O-line players. They all came in with the size and are athletic.

Nothing to lose at this point. Can't be worse than what we saw vs. Temple.
