I think Blake gets the start against SC State but he will be on an extremely short leash. I can see KB giving him the first quarter and if he can't score more than one TD and turns the ball over against an FCS team, he will be done for the season.

I’m not sure CCS/KB will make a change without an incentive, or talking to. BB, and his wife, are well liked by the media and make for good fluff pieces. What if we end up having to see BB for at least the first quarter for the rest of the for him to keep up his draftability?

The way I see it, BB has had second chances for second chances. It's clear by now that he's just not a division 1 QB. At least see what McCloud has if I'm Charlie Strong. Sticking with Barnett will get him fired.

That may happen but would be a huge mistake.  All it would do is take valuable experience away from McCloud, who is the future.

The only about getting fired is that it can only motivate you if you care about your job. I’m not sure he does.
