Now we literally have to beat UH -and- UCF and win two in the conference tourney to have a shot at NCAAs. We still kind of control our own destiny.

4th and 90 from our own 10. Hey we do have a player they call Q though. 🤘

Bingo.  We had 3 major opportunities to win this game, the first one was NOT to turn it over 3 times in a row.

Allowing that old fashion 3 play late in regulation when up by 3 was huge as well.  Cant allow that.  Bottom line too many bad plays in crunch.  We will learn to win these eventually.

Our abysmal free throw shooting and turnovers cost us another one.

These youngsters play hard though. Love that.

It’s kinda weird we had a streak going of shooting around 70% from the charity stride but now we couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn lately. Gregory has to address this in the offseason

He should start benching people who don't make FTs.

Gregory refusing to call timeouts has hurt his club

I'm just going through this thread so forgive me for being late here.  But I was screaming for him to take a TO after Temple scored 4 in a row (I believe) and we looked rattled.  But, no.  We go down, turn the ball over again for a runout and THEN he takes the TO.  Those 2 points may have made a difference in a game that went into OT.

You're right. This team is terrible. What would it take for us to get Antigua back?

If you think this team Is terrible then you’re a moron. I don’t think you’re a moron - more than likely you’re a snowflake who can’t handle any criticism.  You should check with one of the mods and see if you can get a participation trophy for your post.

Methinks you missed the sarcasm.

Did it bother anyone else when, I believe we had the ball with about 40 seconds to play, that we ran the shot clock down and then either forced up a bad shot or didn't even get one off?  Even if you just beat the shot clock they will still have time to move the ball and score.  Just run a play and take the first good shot.  Just crazy how many times we do this.  Guys pass up open shots only to wind the clock and then force up a bad shot or turn it over.

Yep.  We havent learned how to play smart and finish games yet.  Guess its part of the learning process for this young team.  As painful as it is to watch.  Woulda coulda shoulda.
