You gotta give UCF credit. They've gone from a complete zero to a program to be reckoned with in a very short time. That scenario usually comes with an NCAA investigation, but our series with them in nearly every sport has taken a 180. This needs to change . . . soon.

It really wasn't unexpected if you listened to CBG leading up to this game. Hoped we could overcome it but it wasn't to be ....... our front court, outside Yetna, had 3 rebounds and 4 points. Makes it extremely difficult to win against good teams.

They've had NCAA investigations in both major sports ....

I hope things change soon, too, and odds are they will. These things usually go in cycles for most programs ...

I also thought it was a little fishy that they were National Champions a mere two years after going 0-12.

Isn't it wonderful that USF MBB finally gets on the front page of the TBT today - after a loss.

I didn't see any of the game.  After reviewing the box score it looks like after we got punched in the mouth we settled down and responded.  Stats, other than shooting percentage were very competitive.

I get the feeling that they have peaked, and we are on the rise (in both football and basketball).  At least I hope.  At the very least, I think things will start evening back out in the not too distant future.

My thoughts: I was disappointed with the way the team came out. They looked lost, listless, and overwhelmed. They certainly didn't know what to do about Fall. As the game progressed they seemed to settle in somewhat. Add that in with a poor shooting night, and the outcome was expected. I am interested to see how we improve and adjust when UCF comes and visits us at the YC.
