We got an Oline transfer from VTech. McDoom transferred from Michigan and he runs a 4.3 40yd. A 4 star TE transferred from ole miss and we had a formerly 5 star QB transfer to USF.....all after a majority of our recruits singed early. At least read up on our recruits b4 you start a rant. you're talking about transfers with one exception. they have nothing to do with signing day or the early signing period. That's what elevated our recruiting classes to the top of the AAC every year. I'm not a fan of settling for the 3rd-6th best class in the conference. exactly. same with Leavitt. I remember some signing day surprises where we beat out some top programs. Holtz wrapped his classes up early and then gave out remaining scholarships to walk-ons. I do miss Taggart’s ring a ding ding tweets when we got a big commit or somebody to flip. With Strong it’s nothing but crickets.

Holtz signed guys that wanted to be here because we were by far their best option. give me a guy who is pissed that FSU passed on him and will play with a chip on his shoulder. not some guy who is happy to be here because we "stole" him from middle tennessee state he did bring in a 5 star QB. How did that work out for us? Please.....

High of 26, low of 80. Feel free to break down which of our coaches were "great" recruiters. And there are very few surprises anymore with the early recruiting period, that's not on CCS. Either way, we have recruits that sign early and picked up some good transfers. So what if our recruits sign early? It's like somebody on this board is always crying about something. go ahead man, I have no other rebuttals. Vent away my friend. The ignorance on this thread is appalling and is nothing more than an extension of the last five games.
