Just spoke with my rep and he let me know some are still being mailed out. He said everyone should get them no later than Tuesday.

I think that's just a placeholder on your tickets on the website. Mine all say the same thing on my account but already got tix with real sections.

For whatever reason i didnt get the free tickets after renewing but john lewis set it up for me to pick mine up....if anyone hasnt received tickets or notification you may want to reach out to a rep
