I attended USF with the good old Polk county boy leading us l in the " glory days" so I know all about the let downs...

There is just no way I believe anyone was sad when CSH’s last season concluded at 3-9 or when CWT’s first season ended at 2-10; there is only so much suffering anyone can endure before they need some form of hiatus to regroup and have hope spring eternal at the start of the next season. Actually I was good as he was fired the day after...I was ready for the next season to start right away. In terms of Willie’s first year yes that was difficult. Bad USF football is better than good sports in other areas...at least for me. Edited November 14, 2018 by NewEnglandBull
