Exactly, give Charlie time.  You have up and down years.   All programs do.  Look at Florida.  Look at FSU this year.   Miami fans are really upset because they have not won the ACC yet.

Rutgers for a time and Cincinnati were certainly better than us. Leavitt had a really good team when Grothe was a senior. Him getting hurt didn't help.

The only way to bring the heart to the Head Coaching spot that CJL brought would be to hire an alumn.

Calvin Magee would seem like a solid choice. His system would definitely work here.
