If Charlie doesn’t make a change in coordinators he will be putting his job in their hands. If your Kelly u let Charlie make the first move in the offseason and let Charlie have a 3rd season and the team shows no improvement next year then u fire Charlie

That’s what I thought too, but “change coaches or I walk” is not a dilemma. It’s an ultimatum. 

I’m so confused. Like our coaches.

Look I think the guy is going to be 0-3 against that team (counting his Louisville days) after this season.  Still not something to fire over.  We lost far more important players than UCF did to graduation, so of course they should have an advantage.  

While I don't like his excuses or how his team "looks" (slow starts, bad special teams, appearance of playing down to opponents), I still like and have to respect the W's overall.  And the win/loss record has to be bad/trending bad to be fired.

I'm sorry but if we don't beat ucf at least once within 3 years that coach should be fired regardless. If you're okay with that you can go 80 mikes east.

If you don’t win the aac, you have to beat Orlando.   Go 1-11 as long as the 1 win is Orlando.
