Dwyer isn't on this current roster. The roster for the team changes constantly. International play occurs a couple games at a time or during tournaments. For each of these sets of games, the roster changes. These changes tend to involve a lot experimentation with the roster; especially when they're exhibitions (known as friendlies). The USMNT has done a lot of experimentation over the past year which is part of the reason Sweat has gotten this opportunity.
