Jesus this is really getting ridiculous. CCS was asked about these gimmicks on the radio show last night and he basically said he will never do this but they find a way to celebrate turnovers during the team meetings.

Yep, game is in Memphis too.

This is almost as good as the turnover purse at FSU.

ESPN game day ran this funny turnover gimmick segment, mocking most of them. 

They flashed some Miami stat, turnovers the year before the chaine, and they went from like 16 to 30 turnovers in the first year of the chain and said "3rd in FBS" after adding the chain. I was thinking "hmm.. who were 1 and 2?"

 

Miami's is cool and flashy. Some are really corny and dumb. Rather not have one than have something stupid. But rewarding and acknowledging the turnover I'm sure does get some more effort out of the players.
