Exactly, I'm tired of the lame excuses from the out of touch University establishment.  What we need is a Man of Steel leading the University such as CJL, who's soul focus is the construction of the OCS.  Then and only then will this get done.

Take your passion and attend a board meeting.  They are open to the public.  Frustration on a website does zero.

Same could be said about the attendance whiners.  If 30K average in this conference isn't enough to move forward with an OCS plan, then shut down the program and move on

Get the recruits into a new practice facility in a state where it rains almost every day in July and August and then worry about the rest.  I get that red isn’t our color but there are many upsides to playing in an NFL stadium.  At least we’re fortunate enough to have that. USF offers ways for students to get to the game, and alumni and non students shouldn’t have an issue with getting to the stadium. In the meantime, the team just needs to win games and not having an OCS is going to change that.

I agree that the IPF should be the priority (and should happen ASAP) and I don't necessarily think that an OCS is a necessity, but it is getting to the time when we need to crap or get off the pot.  Get a plan together and execute it
