I wonder how many of the 15,378 Faculty & Staff have season ticket accounts in any sport?

We aren't paid enough to afford such luxuries.

Even with the discount?

I was gonna buy this year, even though I've stated numerous times how I hate the stadium environment. My one trip many years ago was in the staff section and I was surrounded by sloppy falling down drunks and people who thought throwing water on each other was a fun time.

However my wife lost her job and that was the end of that idea.

But I'm paid an easy 30% less for my position than I could get in private industry.

More of a drop for me, but I do it 'cause I love it.

More to life than the Benjamins.

I agree. But the fewer Benjamins they pay me means I need to make fiscal decisions I otherwise wouldn't have to.

Unfortunately I know this is true. My wife took about a 50% paycut to work at USF. We call it retirement practice. But, we still have our season tickets in football and women's basketball.

Yet, you choose to remain.

With RJS concession prices , how could they afford to get drunk or throw water around?

For those working at USF do kids go free? If so, you got to put that in the equation. Although I am tenured, my son only gets half tuition at UNH and it still bugs me.

Women’s Basketball 🏀 season tickets provide great bang for the buck...even for low income folks.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
