I know it's not the sexiest game on the schedule, but I have a bunch of friends in Amherst and have been waiting on this one for a few years now.  Anyone else making this trip? 

I've been to a few games at UMass - beautiful area and small school football atmosphere, which is kind of a fun change of pace.

I will obviously be there, I live in the other Amherst...the one in NH. About a 1 1/2  hour drive for me. Whole bunch of people at my university will be there with me...a loss and I will have to find a new place to work.

My wife and I will be there. Since it's on a bye-week we're making our vacation out of it. Staying North Hampton on Friday and Saturday night.

Good to know we won't be the only green shirts there.  We have a hotel in Hadley, but may end up staying with a friend in South Deerfield.  Maybe we'll see some of you before/after the game or around town.  Anyone plan on tailgating?

I was there last summer and walked into their Stadium/Athletic Center.  It the window of their equipment room they had the helmets of every team on their schedule for the upcoming season, including ours.

Don’t forget the stadium only has portable toilets...
