Obviously xCWT wasn't the one recruiting many of the players he'd signed in his first class. It still remains that White never committed until Taggart joined  and that he did so very proudly. BTW - I wasn't really firing shots, just  making the observation about xCWT and the QBs he signed. And that I hope CCS can do as well, while trying to make a pun with xCWT's hashtag.

xCWT hired on December 7th, White commits on December 8th. I don't give Holtz all the credit, but I'll give him some.

And I hear you. I'm not entirely sold on the transfer situation, but I wouldn't be unhappy with CCS having another arm to work with. Hoping CCS finds lightning in a bottle again with someone Bridgewater-esque.

I guess he just gets credit for recruiting the best QB in program history and one that was the highest QB draft pick to ever come through the program in White?  Sooooo his point kind of stands......Thanks for playing tho.

Yes, but it worked out better for him. Do you think he would have been drafted sitting on the bench at USF?

He would have been throwing Touchdowns at USF, but CWT had a man crush on QF. AW didn't get the hint and ended up with a broken foot.
