I think grad transfer says it all by himself. The 2 qb's aren't that unusual considering only had 2 on scholarship, with none being brought in in 2017. Don't they normally try to get one per class ..... at least most schools other thsn USF?

Yeah... I think most times you want to have 4 scholarship QBs and maybe 5 if 1 is a senior.  But you're right, 2 isn't unusual.... but 2 and a grad transfer or JUCO transfer is unusual.

Me too... I mean nothing against USF but what made Garnett zero in here?  He likely had other opportunities at other bigger named schools.  I'm inclined to believe we may have reached out...

Rule use to be that a school/coach could not reach out to a student-athlete . . . but we know how rules are.

It's not unrealistic to think McCloud may eventually switch positions either.

This is true... but after Flowers I think Charlie will give him a chance to play QB first.  McCloud actually has really good arm talent and makes quick reads.  He is a guy who could actually start at many schools... I just think Battles is a real gem... but you never know.  But all that said, I'm inclined to agree with you.
