But now half our fan base has their wish and we get to have the war on I-4 and the great “natural” rivalry of UCF. Such exciting times, I’m so glad we are united now in the worst conference we have ever been in and the best conference they have ever been in.

yep -- USF fans are pretty much the only ones who care about this save the occasional mention by some commentator.

Always burns me that had CUSA would have let us in one year earlier (2002)-- we had the team that could win a conference trophy-- hell we beat everyone that year from CUSA

Hell commentators and casual fans still confuse USF/UCF so what does it matter anyways? We may have credit for that American ‘chip UCF won today.
