I'm going with 2. BTW McMurph tweeted his bowl projections and has us playing UCLA-didn't mention site though.

Im still guessing St. Pete is a real option. They want to fill some seats and figure USF will bring more people than Temple, Houston, or SMU.

St Pete is 100% not an option. The conference wants to put us in one of the spots against a P5 team. This has already been reported by multiple outlets. The conference and TV partners have much more influence into the bowl spots for our conference than they do for P5 ones where they are more or less slotted/the bowl committees get to select who they want in a tiered order.

We'd make a trip down from NJ. Wife+kids. Enjoyed Annapolis the last time we were there. Maybe wrap in a night or two in the Inner Harbor.
