The refs sucked no doubt - but this loss is on our special teams and defense. We had more than enough chances to win despite some really awful officiating.

While the refs sucked this was on ST and D as said by the previous poster. I agree though thank you Q. You deserved better and I wish you nothing but luck at the next level.

Defense gave up 42 points on mostly sustained long drives - not like turnovers that put them in a bad spot. Sure tehy had some strong moments but gave up way way way too many points. offense scores 42 we have to win!

You mean like when we the defense stepped up to stop UCF when we had the lead. Only for I play not to lose Charlie to conservatively force two drives to be called. Game over at that point, already knew it.

Weren't we kicking into the end zone all season?    Why give them a chance for a return?  I'll put my vote in for special teams as the goat.  We went to the well too many times with the defense.  When we had to punt on 4th with about 4 minutes left, I figured that might be it.

This exactly.... why the F would we decide to let them return it? Did kicker just have a breakdown?
