Let's see...

(1) AAC Championship: Do we make the championship game? If, yes, against who? And do we take it this year?

(2) Are we going to be undefeated through the regular season games?

(3) Making the money bowl and playing against a P5 team, does it happen? ---By the way, the bowl payout is going to be split with the rest of the lifeboat conference members, if we make it there.

 

I'm very optimistic; I think all three will happen. I'm not sure who will play play for the AAC Championship, though. For the bowl, I think it will be OU or maybe Ohio State.

For me, the list begins and ends with #1. This program really needs that championship. May not get another look for a few years and who knows what the coaching situation will be like at that time. THE FUTURE IS NOW!

Getting the first conference championship is the biggest goal we must achieve this year.

I agree, however, we can only sustain one loss to a team not named C and still get to CCG.

Correct! A loss to Houston knocks us out for NYD Bowl but if we comeback and beat C then we still make the AAC Championship game.

Goals, in order (should be the same every year):

1.  Get bowl eligible (barring a complete collapse, a given)

2. Beat UCF (at this point would take care of #1)

3.  Win division

4.  Win conference

5.   Win bowl game

6.  Go undefeated

I'm not sure about that. I watched a little bit the last couple weeks. They trust their DBs a lot. Beating them means a team would have to win 1-1 battles at WR or be able to run effectively. SMU might be able to do the first. 

On the other end Navy will be tough although UCF has better athletes across the board. Those are the only 2 possible losses I see for them.
