Was looking at some stats today... if the trend continues this will be one hell of a football game:

 

Defense:

USF is no.1 in turnover margin

UCF is no. 2 (tied with Bama and penn state.

USF has 16 turnovers gained in 5 games and the leader has 17 gained in 6 games.

USF leads the country in interceptions (14, next closest is 10).

USF is also No. 2 rush defense (74.4 YPG)) only behind Alabama (73.3 YPG)...

Noteworthy: USF is the #2 rush defense and leads the country in interceptions....

 

Offense:

UCF is the #1 Scoring offense

USF is #5.

Total offense UCF is #8

USF is #10....

No doubt the USF-UCF game will be a true test for both teams.

I have also been looking over our  team stats in recent days on both the NCAA and AAC sites.

It'll be interesting to see how their defense holds up against Navy. IIRC this is their first meeting, so this will be a good test for the kaniggits...and potentially some good film for USF.
