He's projected as a 2nd rounder and the highest rated AAC prospect.

Hope he puts on some muscle mass this year.  My last memory of him is him getting abused by UCF's big WR ... he'll be facing a lot more of those in the league.

Quinton Flowers and Deadrin Senat are both projected 4th rounders...

D'Ernest wasn't mentioned, but it's probably because everybody already knows he is worthy of high 1st round pick. The article is probably avoiding stating the obvious.

He's already been designated as the number one overall pick regardless of who gets the pick

Keep in mind this is a ranking of seniors only. So they took what their ranking was, and then told you where that number was drafted in this years draft. So basically they're saying he's the 7th best senior cb. Still pretty solid.

That's because he hasn't decided which NFL team he's going to draft.

Deatrick needs a big season to get a good draft spot. He certainly has the potential, hope the new defense helps him.

Feel like he took a step back last year, but that could just be a result of the defense playing poorly as a unit. Probably the most consistent and most aggressive tackler.
