I agree. Was just throwing it out there as a possibility to be considered. My original post references health or scandal....we will know Sooner or later.

His kid is playing at Northwestern. Pops wants to watch his kid play ball this season. Can't say I blame him.

I hope it's just him wanting to be a Dad. It would add to his legacy. Anything else will be disastrous as it's still the off season and there's nothing else to write about.

Maybe he needed to make it through the academic year to get his pension.

Hard for me to believe that a guy who lives in the state of Oklahoma in a house like this is leaving his plum job at 56 years old (still VERY young) for something other than a nefarious reason. 

I reserve the right to be wrong - but just where my head is at on this issue.
