I drive around a lot and I get the one horn-Bull sign thrown at me all the time.

Is it the unicorn-horned Bull?

That's great. I've gotten in the habit to have at least one day if I'm on vacation or working in another city to sport the USF bulls gear. I figure at the very least it gets the brand out there if anyone is paying attention. Generally will get some acknowledgement either way.

Anytime I fly, I make it a point to sport my USF gear. I love bumping into alumni around the country.

Last year, I was at Disneyland Paris and was surprised to see someone sporting a USF shirt.  I think he was even more surprised when I yelled "Go Bulls!" across the way.

Could of been a Texas Longhorn fan too. I notice that USF has gained a lot of Longhorn fans over the hiring of Coach Strong.

He passed me and had a USF license plate.

Was in McRae, Ga, which is in the middle of BFE in south Georgia, for a funeral several weeks ago. Was in a McD drive thru line before heading home and some car pulls up next to me, honking the horn. Didn't recognize him but thought he may have been a relative I had just met, but forgotten already, when he throws up the horns. His daughter was a USF graduate and living in NPR and he gets down to 2 or 3 games a year .... a big QF fan. One of the last places I've ever been to I'd have expected to find a chosen one.

Very cool, but I'm disturbed that you were in a McD drive through line.  If that's the only place to eat in McRae, I guess, but I'd still consider going hungry until I was out of town and find a Chick-Fil-A or something.

Not on a Sunday. Have no idea what day he was at McD's.

Beside the point, but completely true nonetheless.

It was a light hearted comment.  Chick Fil A has some kind of cult following.  Can't get close to the new one in Wesley Chapel any time of the day or night.

It's well deserved.  They are the model fast food company in almost every facet of the business.  Most of all, the food is outstanding.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
