Santos was starting games toward the end of the season, was inconsistent but played hard and looked to have a pretty nice upside ..... his leaving hurts.

Well, almost anyone leaving hurts, short term.  Key for our new coach is going to be patient...if we think Heath left a bare cupboard, new guys gets very little.

Heath left a pretty full cupboard. Egbunu was maybe the only one who would have been gone if he had stayed.

They were mostly Roccaforte and Hipshers' recruits. Heath was not a solid X's and O's guy. He had his best support staff in 2012, and we played our games away from the sacramental ground that the Sun Dome is apparently built upon.

They are Heath recruits. Head coaches hAve a say in hiring assistants...carry a majority of the blame so they should be given some credit.

We were in a much better spot back then.
