TJ Weist who coached the first half of the bowl game should get a HC job. TJ Weist who coached the second half of the bowl game should stay a WR coach. He's got a strong resume, so I think he will land somewhere. It's still early in the hiring-season for football. Good things happen to good people. He will land on his feet! He has a decent grasp of play calling and obviously he's fantastic at coaching WRs. I don't forget that he solidified and sold Salomon on coming to Tampa rather than going to Pitt or Temple.
