Yep. Won't let me scroll on the page at all with the desktop version. Working fine from my phone, though.

Yes, I tried tethering to my phone and thought I resolved it but it just happened again on this post. Only way I could get down to reply was to quote. Haven't had the problem on other pages. Using Chrome.

Browsing on my phone using Safari with no problems however before I traded my android for an iPhone I used to experience browsing issues with Chrome almost daily. Maybe try a different browser to see if that fixes the issue?

It appears to be an ad or two that's squeezing beyond its allotted size and interfering with the roll bar.
