Its exactly what was being said at the time. When he finally pulled the trigger and made the change and actually won a few games is when the revisions began.

Said by who?  Message board denizens?  You're giving us way too much credit if so.  And it's likely you were the one saying these things.

Isn't Flowers on record as having begged CWT to change his philosophy?

I believe there was a dinner with players where other players lobbied for flowers. Others on the board could pull the facts though.

You are aware that when Flowers was a freshman and he entered the game we went to a spread type of offense, right?

It wasn't the offense was trusting Flowers to run the offense wide open and for CWT to stop trying to protect him in the play calling.

I've stated it many times, CWT always had a love affair with QF.  Watch for QF to graduate transfer to Oregon.

Just being honest, but I don't wish him success. I hope USC, Stanford, Washington, and the BEAVS whoop dat ass.

I just became a huge fan of all PAC 10 teams that aren't Oregon!

I showed up and I live in Atlanta. Can't speak for the losers who didn't show up. Hard truth is that playing Towson is not exciting for the community no matter how many TDs you score.

Except for maybe two dozen programs or so, the top half of the traditional P5 conferences, college football attendance is declining. Just something you have to accept if you coach in the majority of programs.

Taggart will adopt Flowers and he will get a hardship transfer to immediately play at Oregon because his family is there.

I wouldn't be surprised, Oregon is more open to alternative lifestyles.

Maybe we'll be able to spell our coaches last name at least? You'd think after four years we would've figured out "Taggart."

The last 4 years Coach Taggert has taught me so much. He brought USF back to the top. I can't do nothing but respect him. Wish him the best.
