On the road listening to Full Ride program on SiriusXM College Sports Nation radio show.  Rick Neuheisal was listing his top 6 candidates for the show's imaginary award, the "Greisman," honoring the best Group of 5 football players.  The first name he mentioned was Quinton Flowers.  He raved about our QB's multi-skill arsenal and stats to date, comparing Flowers favorably to Lamar Jackson.   Nice bit of pub.

IF we beat Temple would we have been a top 20 team in the eyes of the voters?  The AP voters only gave us 8 votes compared to the Coaches poll, which gave us 43 votes tied with Navy despite beating them. Much love needed, I think we have earned it.

Sorry. That kinda pizzes me off. The fact that he can't be included with all outstanding athletes and is the best of the leftovers... Just rubs me the wrong way.

He's a beast and should be respected with the rest in college football.

Agreed, this is total BS and lessens the importance of this great player. I don't care if it sounds like I am a homer, QF desereves votes for the  Heisman.

Especially since Donnel Pumphrey is listed as #2 on the heisman watch....

QF would be getting a lot of votes if he had the UL defense.  Jackson may be just a tad quicker but not much.
