You have to believe the non Texas and Oklahoma schools know that if they don't expand it could be curtains for them. Does anyone know what the vote needs to be in order to expand? (3/4 majority etc)

Up until recently. He's gone hot and cold depending on the day of the week. 

You have to think UT, Baylor, TTU and TCU vote as a block. So no one gets in without Texas approval.

Based upon media reports, he has cooled to the idea since BYU got the kabash from LBQT groups. He wanted BYU to be included.

Just what I've seen. Of course, who knows whether that's true or not. Maybe BYU is still a strong candidate, in which case he may be more open to the idea.

I wonder if any, or how many, of these guys have been discussing this with each other. Will the conversation go essentially the same as the "bid" proposals put on by the wannabes? Did the pro expansionist develop a plan vs the anti expansionist?

We know that this is all about money, so everybody but UT and OK wins. And UT and OK will still get their unfair share.
