Now the major difference is if they won last week, maybe FSU tries to sandbag and plays very vanilla thinking talent will beat us alone. Now, they know they need to make a statement; they may throw the kitchen sink at us and if we rent prepared for the unknown maybe they flip the script and dominate. Granted, now Louisville wrote the script on how to beat FSU; so there's that.

They were riding high after a big comeback against Ole Miss, they were feeling good about themselves. Now, after a beatdown by UL, they have to be wondering how good they really are, if they can keep up with a team with a similar skill set. Will they be pressing because they are "over-focused". Will they play tight? Will they just be a little slower to react to the read-option because of what Jackson did to them with his legs. All Mack needs is a little hesitation and he can get some big yards. FSU has more talented players than us, no doubt. Right now, we have the better offensive team. Defenses may be about equal. I expect us to win this game. I just think our guys feel so confident right now. They know they can win. There are going to be bad plays, but, last week showed me that this team, as CWT put it, has learned how to win. Leadership and swagger is there, that can make up for a talent gap. We don't know how they will respond to being beat like a stepchild. Most of these kids probably haven't been destroyed that way in a while. They could come out flat, they could come out with energy, who knows. I think we punch them in the mouth and not give them any quarter. Go for the jugular and don't stop until the final whistle blows.
