Thanks dude. This was awesome. Didn't get to see the game live. Our short passes were.. scary.

Man, if QF could fix his throwing mechanics...just think how high his ceiling would be.

What I see on the film is a team that still has a lot of room for improvement. The obvious: QF's accuracy on short passes, penalties, pass rush. The not so obvious: more designed runs for Flowers, more throws over the middle of the field, and tighter DB coverage at the line. What that tells me is that we have yet to peak. I hope we continue to build and improve every single week. Although we haven't faced a formidable defense yet, the offensive line looks REALLY good again this season. LB and DB play has been stellar, and our DTs are plugging up the middle quite well.

Yes and the biggest takeaway is that we still have links to work out but are still dominating the teams we should be. I expect this same performance to continue with Syracuse this Saturday. The defense will be tested a lot more for sure, but with room for improvement maybe we correct some of those mistakes.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
