The obvious: QF's accuracy on short passes, penalties, pass rush. The not so obvious: more designed runs for Flowers, more throws over the middle of the field, and tighter DB coverage at the line. What that tells me is that we have yet to peak. I hope we continue to build and improve every single week. Although we haven't faced a formidable defense yet, the offensive line looks REALLY good again this season. LB and DB play has been stellar, and our DTs are plugging up the middle quite well. Yes and the biggest takeaway is that we still have links to work out but are still dominating the teams we should be. I expect this same performance to continue with Syracuse this Saturday. The defense will be tested a lot more for sure, but with room for improvement maybe we correct some of those mistakes.
