I still think we are fine. I really think the B12 wants to expand to Florida. If they want one of the best recruiting grounds in the country they will take both USF and Ucif

It just sucks that if the Big 12 was on the fence between us and another candidate that this ends the tie-breaker.  All it takes is the opposing voters to say "Hey, weren't they just put under NCAA investigation for recruiting violations?" That would seal our fate.

Learn to read, concern troll.  It's not recruiting violations.

From a PR standpoint, having bad press does affect integrity, which with USF is usually pretty high, but we will get pretty good bump in press mentions at a pretty critical time for USF to stand out from the crowd.  Yes it's bad but there is a silver lining, and USF can still create a strong narrative going forward if it chooses to.  All presidents can relate to a bad apple going rogue and bending/breaking rules.

Pretty much every major university has a professor, coach, or other employee go rogue. Let's just hope it was one assistant coaching being a dumbass
