With the new offense Taggart has arguably built around Flowers, I think its time to revisit his highlight reel from HS.

His play should be different with this offense.

"I ran the offense in high school, so I'm feeling really good about it"

Hopefully going to see a lot more of this...

Thank you for the highlights, but this was High School; the only highlights that matter are those from last year.  This is by no means a dig, it's just that I want to see how he plays on this level against better athletes before I speculate about the year....

Yes, I'm just being grumpy....  Fun highlights to watch though

Man, it just scares me to watch him throw.  Reminds me a LOT of Tebow.  Very slow delivery throwing the ball, and not much pace on it.

Then again, I guess that worked out ok at the college level so maybe it'll be fine.  :)

I thought his throwing was decent in most of the throws.  At the 3:51 mark he legitimately threw the ball 60 yards.  From his 42 yard line into the end zone.  Anyone that can throw 60 yards has a plenty good enough arm to be a college QB.  He does like to put air under it and let the receiver run under it, but I saw some darts also.

Flowers is going to run wild this year.  He's as good a runner as MG/BJ if not better.

Seen that one before but it's good. The encouraging things are

* he has a long reel of highlights (not just lucky)

* he has good vision for running the ball

* he has great mobility, creative

But...he got a lot of help from some decent receivers there. If he can avoid throwing the long ball, I think he'll be okay in our offense. His creativity reminds me a lot of BJ, seems to keep the whole field in view while dodging missiles.

Certainly anxious for him to break out. Personally I hope it's against the 'noles. :GoBulls:

At the 5:16 mark there is another 57 yard throw.  From his 39 yardline to inside the opposing 5 yard line.

Flowers is going to have at least 100 yards rushing against FAMU.  Watch.

Here's the thing, his possible "Legacy" or whatever you want to call it starts in less than two weeks.

Let's hope he can live up to the hype that we all hope happens and this program starts its climb upward.
